At BS Rubber's fully automated factory, raw materials are mixed and moulded through a 100% automatic system. We operate both cold-press and hot-press (vulcanisation) production lines and match the technology to your application — every batch is tested and archived per ISO 9001:2015.

Cold press or hot press?

Cold-pressed tiles are bonded with 7% polyurethane binder from an internationally recognised brand and cured at low temperature. The result: dimensional tolerances below 0.05%, razor-sharp joints and a perfectly even surface across large installations, with strong granule bonding thanks to the high binder ratio.

Hot-pressed (vulcanised) tiles use 5% locally sourced binder, which keeps them economical while the heat cure makes them denser and more abrasion-resistant — the first choice for free-weight zones and the most intensive use. Their nominal tolerance is wider (up to 1.5%) due to post-cure shrinkage, compensated in practice by careful installation.
